Can I get a refund?
We understand that billing questions can be stressful, so here’s a clear breakdown of when refunds are — and aren’t — available.
Our subscription model
Our products are sold on a subscription basis, which is clearly displayed during checkout and at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

When refunds are available
Refunds may be issued only if all of the following apply:
- The request is made within 14 days of the initial subscription sign-up *with the exception of new domains which is within 5 days
- The subscription has not already been renewed
If your request meets these criteria, our support team will be happy to review it.
When refunds are not available
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
- The charge is a renewal
- The purchase involves third-party services (e.g. domains, business email, which are non-refundable due to fixed provider costs)
- A subscription was forgotten or not canceled before renewal
We understand that a lot can happen over the course of a year, and it’s easy to forget to cancel or forget the details of a subscription. However, this does not exempt an account from the refund policy.
Renewal reminders
As a courtesy, we send renewal reminder emails before billing occurs. It’s the account holder’s responsibility to review these notices and to check spam or junk folders in case emails are filtered.
What you can do
Even if a refund isn’t available, we can still help with:
- Canceling your subscription to prevent future renewals
- Explaining past charges
- Making sure your account is set up correctly going forward
If you have questions about your specific charge, reach out to our support team — we’re happy to help clarify.
