Can I get a refund?

We do not issue refunds if files available on the premium plan have been downloaded.

It's free to design the logo and you pay only for the Brand Plan which is an optional subscription.

If the files have not been downloaded and you're not happy with the outcome, you can ask for a refund by contacting support@logo.com.

We send the processed refund directly to your bank account. However, each bank has different processing times, and can take anywhere from 3 to 14 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.
