Changing your account email address

When you create your LOGO.com account, you choose a login email address and password. Keep in mind, a valid account email address is required per our Terms and Conditions. This guide explains how to change your email address while logged in.

If you're not able to log in and aren't sure what email address you used, email support@logo.com and provide your name, and if possible, the last 4 digits of your credit card or recent invoice number.

Change your account email address

  1. Click this link to open your account & security settings. If you're not already logged in, you'll be prompted to do so first.
  2. Scroll down to Your Account and replace the current email with your new email address.
  3. Click Save.
  4. We'll send you an email to re-verify your account.

Tip

To re-send the verification email, simply click Resend email at the bottom of any LOGO.com page after "Please validate your email to verify your account.".

You can change your email address as many times as you want. We recommend that it's an email address that you regularly access so that you don't miss any important notifications about your account and replies from Customer Support.
