Billing & Pricing
Why am I being charged?
LOGO.com is a subscription-based service. While creating a logo is free, downloading high-quality files and accessing premium tools (like brand kits, websites, and templates) requires a paid plan.
I thought this was free, what's actually free?
You can do the following for free:
- Create and customize logos
- Preview designs and experiment
- Download your logo in PNG format
You pay only if you want to:
- Download logo files (AI, SVG, etc.)
- Access brand tools, templates, or websites
- Connect a custom domain
Can I pay once instead of subscribing?
Right now, we offer subscription plans to give you ongoing access to tools, updates, and brand assets. We've heard requests for one-time pricing and are actively considering it.
Why did my subscription renew automatically?
Subscriptions renew automatically to avoid interruptions. You can cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
Can I get a refund?
- New subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 14 days.
- Renewals and third-party services (like domains, email, or Wix websites) are typically non-refundable.

Logo & Design
Do I own my logo?
Once you download your logo, you can use it for your business, marketing, and products. You have commercial license to use the logo any way you wish.
Why do my logo variations look different?
Each variation uses a different layout or template style. Some design elements (like shadows or outlines) may not carry over automatically.
Can I customize everything in my logo?
You can edit:
- Fonts
- Colors
- Layout
- Icons
Some advanced styling (like layered text effects) may be limited depending on the template.
Can I upload my own design or idea?
Yes, you can upload your logo and we generate brand guidelines, and designs as a starting point for you to create for your business.

What do I get with the Brand plan?
Depending on your plan, you get:
- High-resolution logo files (AI, SVG, etc.)
- Brand guidelines
- Social media templates
- Business cards
- Website builder access
- AI credits
Can I create multiple logos?
Yes, you can create and manage multiple logos/brands within your account (plan limits may apply).
Can I merge or combine designs?
Not directly yet. You'll need to recreate or manually adjust elements within the editor.
Can I collaborate with others?
Collaboration features are limited right now, but it's a common request and on our radar.
Website, Domain & Email
Why am I being sent to another company (like Wix)?
We partner with third-party providers (like Wix) to power certain features like websites. This means:
- Billing and refunds for those services are handled by them.
- You may need to manage settings directly through their platform.
Is my domain included?
Domains are purchased separately. You can buy one through us or connect an existing domain.
Do I own my website?
Yes, once published, you have control over your website (depending on the platform used, like Wix).
Why isn't my email working?
Business email is powered by a third-party provider. If you're having issues:

I don't know how to use the platform, where do I start?

Why does the platform feel confusing?
We hear this feedback, especially from first-time users. We're actively improving navigation, instructions, and overall workflows to make things simpler.
Why can't I find certain features (like images or tools)?
Some tools are inside the Design Hub, locked behind plans, or still being developed. If you can't find something, just ask, we'll point you in the right direction.

Can I suggest a feature?
Absolutely, we love feedback. Common requests we're tracking:

Account & Support
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Once canceled:
- You won't be charged again.
- You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Can I talk to someone on the phone?
We currently offer support via email to keep things fast and efficient.
Why haven't I received a response?
We aim to respond quickly, but delays can happen during high volume. If it's urgent, follow up, we'll prioritize it. Brand plan subscribers get priority support. It's one of the perks to being a Brand plan user.
