Things to know

Here are some things to know about the nonprofit discount:

• The discount only applies to LOGO Pro and LOGO Business packages.
• We can't provide retroactive discounts or refunds on past purchases. Create a LOGO account and then request a nonprofit discount before you make a purchase.
• The discount code can only be applied once and expires after 30 days if unused.

Request a nonprofit discount

To submit a request for a nonprofit discount, follow these steps.

1. Visit the Contact page.
2. Enter your name and email address.
3. In the message box, please include: your non-profit organization/charity name, registration number, link to your website and end it with “non-profit discount inquiry”.

The information you’ll provide through the contact form varies depending on your business location.

Canada

If your organization is based in Canada, you’ll need to provide your charitable organization registration number. You can find your registration number on the Government of Canada website. 

United States

If your organization is based in the United States, you’ll need to provide a digital copy of your official 501(c)(3) determination letter.

International

If you’re a nonprofit based outside Canada and the United States, provide a link to your organization’s website. We’ll review your request and let you know if we require additional proof of your nonprofit status.
