How do I report a problem with my order?

You can report problems with an order through your Orders dashboard.

  1. Log into your LOGO.com account
  2. Navigate to Marketing > Merchandise > Orders
  3. Click on the order to open the order summary.
  4. Click Contact Support to open problem report window.
  5. Write up your problem in detail and upload relevant photos where possible
  6. Click "Report problem"

Be aware that LOGO.com may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
