If you've got The Brand Plan subscription, you can simply download your letterheads branded with your logo from your LOGO.com dashboard.
To download the letterheads:
Log in to your LOGO.com dashboard
Click on 'Stationer Files' in the left-hand panel
Download your letterheads

Adding your logo to letterhead on Microsoft Word:
Click Insert, then on the Insert menu click Header
Choose a style; a blank layout would be ideal
In the Header menu, click Pictures
Select your PNG file
Resize the image according to your specifications


Adding your logo to letterhead on Google Doc:
Save your logo's PNG file to your Google Drive
On a Google Doc, click Insert, then click Header
While in the Header, click Insert again, then click Image
Click on the option to add from your Google Drive
Click on your image, and it will be added to the header.
Resize accordingly.
